High Protein · No Eggs · Nostalgic
Dark, rich, and secretly packed with plant protein. This dessert is everything you want a brownie to be — with a tiramisu twist and a childhood biscuit at its heart.
There are some ingredients that just hold memory. Dark Fantasy is one of them. That chocolate cream biscuit from the biscuit aisle has been a tea-time fixture for so long that using it in a dessert feels less like a recipe decision and more like a tribute.
This Dark Fantasy Tiramisu Protein Brownie layers a dense, fudgy, protein-packed brownie base with vegan yoghurt and those iconic biscuits, then freezes into something that is genuinely stunning to eat. It's indulgent, it's nostalgic, and with 18–22g of protein per serving.
This recipe is:
High protein (18–22g per serving)
Vegan, dairy free & egg free
Refined sugar free
No eggs, no butter
Freezer-friendly
Nostalgic and genuinely delicious
Why This Recipe Works

Plant protein powder in baking can be tricky — it often dries out the texture or leaves a chalky aftertaste. The combination of vegan yoghurt (or banana or apple puree) solves both problems. It keeps the brownie moist, adds a gentle tang that complements the chocolate, and helps the protein powder bake into something that actually tastes like a brownie rather than a protein bar.
Vegan chocolate protein powder builds the base and the macros
Vegan yoghurt keeps the texture moist and fudgy
Cocoa powder deepens the chocolate flavour
Dark Fantasy biscuits bring nostalgia, crunch, and the tiramisu element
A layer of yoghurt on top mimics the cream layer in a classic tiramisu
Optional charcoal powder adds a dramatic dark colour without affecting the flavour.
How to Make Dark Fantasy Tiramisu Protein Brownie (Overview)
This recipe comes together in 3 simple steps:

1. Make the Brownie Batter
Blend together the protein powder, zero-calorie sweetener, cocoa powder, vegan yoghurt, vanilla, charcoal powder (optional), and water until smooth.
2. Bake
Pour into a 9x13 inch tray. Top with chopped Dark Fantasy biscuits and chocolate chips. Bake at the appropriate temperature for 35–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
3. Layer & Freeze
Once cooled, layer with vegan yoghurt and more Dark Fantasy biscuits. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tips for Best Results
Use a chocolate plant or yeast protein powder you actually enjoy the flavour of — it's the base of everything here
Don't overbake; the toothpick should come out almost clean, not completely dry
Let the brownie cool fully before layering the yoghurt or it will melt into the base
Freeze for at least an hour — longer gives a firmer, cleaner slice
Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating for the best texture
