Hi, I’m Vinita.
I’m a home cook, recipe developer, and the voice behind Plant Based Vinita.

My journey started with a simple frustration: plant-based food that didn’t taste like home, didn’t satisfy cravings, and definitely didn’t keep me full. So I started recreating the dishes I grew up loving but without dairy, and with a strong focus on protein and nourishment.
