No Soak · No Strain · Ready in Minutes
The easiest, creamiest summer drink you'll make on repeat and you won't believe how simple it is.
There are recipes that feel like a discovery. This is one of them.
I've been making cashew milk for a while now and it's one of my favourite plant milks because cashews are naturally low in fibre, which means no soaking, no straining, no nut milk bag, no mess. Just blend and go. But this summer I started adding mango to it, and honestly? I haven't looked back.
Creamy, naturally sweet, tropical, and ready in minutes. It's the kind of drink you make once and then find yourself making every other day because it's just that easy and that good. Perfect for using up mangoes that aren't quite sweet enough to eat on their own — the blending and the cashew creaminess does all the work.
This recipe is:
No soak and no strain needed
Vegan and dairy free
Gluten free
WFPB
Ready in minutes
Naturally sweetened
The perfect summer drink served chilled
Why This Recipe Works
Cashews are the secret to a plant milk that actually tastes creamy without any effort. Because they're low in fibre compared to almonds or oats, they blend into a completely smooth milk without leaving any grittiness behind. No nut milk bag. No straining. No mess.
Cashews = low fibre, no straining, naturally buttery and creamy
Mango = natural sweetness, tropical flavour, and a gorgeous golden colour
Salt = brings out the sweetness and rounds out the flavour
Optional sweetener = adjust to your taste depending on how ripe your mango is
