Easy Plant Based Desserts Ready in 15 Minutes

Not every dessert needs an hour and a mixing bowl full of dishes to clean after. These are the ones I reach for when the craving hits and I want something plant based, genuinely simple, and ready with barely any active time in the kitchen. A couple of them need a little freezer time after, but that part is hands-off, so you can start something else while they set.

Sliced chocolate walnut brownies on a wooden cutting board in bright sunlight, with strong shadows on a white surface.

Ripe bananas, toasted walnuts, and melted chocolate blended together and poured into a mould. All the work happens in the blender, and the freezer does the rest. Slice it once it’s set and it holds together like real fudge.

Three cocoa-dusted dessert toasts with whipped cream and raspberries on a wooden serving board on a white countertop.

Crisp sourdough layered with a hazelnut coffee spread and coconut yogurt, dusted with cocoa powder and finished with fresh berries. It tastes like tiramisu without any of the assembly, and it comes together while the toast is still warm.

Glass dish of cocoa-dusted chocolate dessert, likely tiramisu, on a white table in bright sunlight, casting a long shadow.

Everything you love about a classic tiramisu, the coffee, the cream, the cocoa but in a scoop that's completely plant-based and surprisingly high in protein depending on the base you choose. It has a coconut cream base blended until smooth, swirled with melted chocolate, and studded with no-bake espresso cookie dough bites.
